Kestrel Alarms is a family run company, operating from business premises in Partridge Green. We are ideally situated for providing security services to Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London and Hampshire.

We offer rental and maintenance or outright purchase on our intruder alarm systems, with the rental and maintenance figure being fixed for the first three years.

Kestrel Alarms also offers a key holder service, whereby two engineers would attend site in the event of an activation, check the premises, reset and secure the property. This service is mainly provided for companies and those of our clients who live abroad.

For our maintained clients we run a 24 hour help desk with call out facility, whereby it is possible to speak to an engineer any time of the day or night.

Kestrel Alarms became a limited company in 1982 and we are an NSI Gold (formerly NACOSS) approved installer. We were the first Sussex based alarm company to achieve BS 5750, now ISO 9002, and all alarms are installed to BS4737.

We specialise in the installation and maintenance of burglar alarm systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarm protection and all other associated services. All our intruder alarm and CCTV customers are uniquely issued with a certificate of compliance.

Kestrel Alarms is included on the Police and insurance companies lists of approved suppliers. Alarm systems can be monitored via our alarm receiving centre and to this end we supply and fit digital communicators, BT RedCare, BT RedCare GSM, and CSL DualCom +.

Finally, we employ fully trained in house engineers and do not use sub-contractors for any of our business activities.
